Pray for Haiti

Pray for Haiti as the aftermath of the most recent 7.2 earthquake has led to nearly 2,200 deaths so far with the number is expected to rise as rescue efforts continue.  Widespread destruction was made even worse as a topical storm tore through Haiti in the aftermath of the earthquake causing mudslides throughout the country and further hampering rescue efforts.  Multiple aid and rescue agencies from around the globe including the US military and Coastguard have lent a hand with helicopters, medical ships, water, food, medical supplies, and field hospitals for the injured. Pray for divine protection for the people of Haiti, for the  most inaccessible places to be reached quickly, for the remnant there to stand strong, and for all of the rescue efforts to be accompanied by the Gospel of peace.
