Ismail Sabri Yaakob was officially sworn in as Malaysia’s new Prime Minister this past weekend on Saturday Aug. 12th amid the growing COVID crisis. After four months of continued lockdowns and a sped up vaccine rollout, the people of Malaysia are in dire need of competent leadership and severely needed kickstart of the economy that continue to wain under further lockdown measures. Please keep Malaysia in your prayers, especially the leadership for them to make decisive and wise decision that will get the country back on its feet swiftly to be the nation God has created it to be. Pray also for the people of Malaysia who bear the brunt of this suffering for resilience and for the remnant to grow even more united and stronger in faith during this transition of government. The glory of God will cover Malaysia as the waters cover the seas! Adonai bless you and keep you!
