Today is officially the 70th anniversary of the Independence of Israel! Nearly one generation has passed since that historic day on May 14, 1948. For two thousand years the Jewish people were exiles from the land promised to them by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. After two millennia, God fulfilled His promise to His people Israel. “I will restore the fortunes of my people Israel, and they shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them; they shall plant vineyards and drink their wine, and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit. I will plant them on their land, and they shall never again be uprooted out of the land that I have given them,” says the Lord your God”(Amos 9:14). This event marks the sign of the coming of summer in the Eternal times of God and the passing of a full generation after the Independence of Israel (Mattew 24:32 -34). A rapid acceleration of the prophetic clock of God has begun on this momentous occasion, and the recent acceleration of the prophetic times will soon look like slow motion in comparison to all that is about to take place in the Earth.
In parallel with this great day, the U.S Embassy is officially opening its doors in Jerusalem as it recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s one true Capitol. This is the beginning of the fulfillment of Isaiah 60:3 regarding Zion (Jerusalem) that says, “Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn” and Revelation 21:4 saying, “The nations will walk by its light, and the kings of the earth will bring their splendor into it.” These are all very clear signs that Jesus is indeed coming soon. With the many nations of the world aligning to Israel, and now recognizing Jerusalem as the true capitol of Israel, and others taking a clear stand against Israel, we see the world marching closer and closer toward the fulfillment of Matthew 25:32, “All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.” Many things will come to pass before the complete fulfillment of the above written, but today we celebrate and give thanks to The King of Kings and Lord of Lords and give Him all the honor and Glory as only He deserves. We celebrate Israel’s re-birthday, and look forward to the time when, “They will call Jerusalem The Throne of the LORD, and all nations will gather in Jerusalem to honor the name of the LORD” (Jeremiah 3:17). Please pray for the peace of Jerusalem, that there be great confusion in the camp of the enemy, and for their plans and schemes to come to nothing. “And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests” (Ephesians 6:18). The books of heaven are being unsealed for such a time as this, and the heavenly dictates are being declared from on High.
