Every Shabbat we have the privilege and opportunity to enter into\u00a0a special time of rest<\/strong>, but equally as important, to look back on the week and give thanks as we enter into a holy time with the Most High. We should be in a perpetual state of thanksgiving as sons and daughters of YHWH as it is, but Shabbat is the time<\/strong>\u00a0Adonai has set aside especially for everyone\u00a0to give thanks for the immeasurable blessings<\/strong>\u00a0He has gifted us. Today we enter to His gates with\u00a0a song of thanksgiving and His courts with Praise<\/strong>, to be thankful to Him, and to bless and praise His name\u00a0(Psalm 100:4)<\/em>!<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is the last Shabbat until the beginning of the new month<\/strong>, a time that will kick off the celebration of the High holidays starting with Yom Teruah (Feast of Trumpets). What a reason to be thankful!\u00a0Yom Teruah is the prophetic celebration<\/strong> commemorating the day that all believers derive great hope from in the future.\u00a0It is the day the last trumpet blast will sound<\/strong>\u00a0and both the living and dead in Christ are transformed and taken up with Yeshua in the clouds (1 Thessalonians 4:16). This Shabbat remember to give thanks for what was, what is, and what is to come, and to worship the King of Kings Who was, and is, and is to come.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\u201cTherefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken,\u00a0let us show gratitude<\/strong>, and offer to God pleasing service and acceptable\u00a0worship with reverence and awe<\/strong>; for our God is [indeed] a consuming fire.\u201d <\/em>Be consumed by\u00a0the fire of the Holy Spirit this Shabbat<\/strong>\u00a0kingdom family giving thanks and praise to Adonai!<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t
