History has truly just been made! We know the Golan Heights has now been recognized by the United States as being officially part of Israel, which is amazing, don’t get us wrong, but that is nothing compared to what you are about to read. If this doesn’t make your ears perk up, we don’t know what will. For those who are afraid that a two state solution is in the agenda of the Trump White House, this is more evidence to the contrary. Never before, and correct us if we are wrong, has a senior official of a major Middle Eastern Nation said what the UAE’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs just said about Israel.
Quoting from Al Jazeera, a traditionally anti-Israel news source, Anwar Gargash said in an interview with Emerati daily that “Many, many years ago, when there was an Arab decision not to have contact with Israel, that was a very, very wrong decision, looking back.” But that is far from the smoking gun. Look carefully at what he says next!!!
“What we are facing, if we continue on the current trajectory, I think the conversation in 15 years’ time will really be about equal rights in one state,” he added, alluding to a possible fusion of the Israeli and Palestinian polities in place of the creation of a Palestinian state alongside Israel.
“A two-state solution will no longer be feasible because a sort of reduced rump (Palestinian) state will no longer be practical.”
Here is the link just in case you think it’s too good to be true. https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2019/03/uae-official-arab-countries-open-israel-190328114327345.html
Let’s not forget that Anwar Gargash has just recently, along with leaders of many other Arab nations, been in discussions with Jared Kushner and John Bolton regarding the new Middle East Peace Deal otherwise known as “the Deal of the Century.” What could possibly have emboldened Gargash to say something so historically against the norm of Arab nations up until this point? We can’t be for certain why, but what is for certain is that the game has changed, and a ONE STATE SOLUTION is now being touted as the most pragmatic plan by one of the UAE’s senior foreign officials.
In this second month of Adar, we are seeing the manifestation of the promised land being returned piece by piece to what will one day be the full borders described in Genesis 15:18 and Genesis 17:8. Let us continue pressing in and standing strong as watchmen on the walls and praying for the Peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). The fallen kingdom of darkness sees the inheritance of Abraham being restored, and will fight tooth and nail to keep it from happening. Let us declare the victory of the Lord as one body of Messiah, and welcome the King of Glory, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah to enter to Israel with a mighty roar. Please continue praying for the upcoming elections in Israel on April 9th! God bless you all.
