Does nature give glory to the Most High? Does the creation of God respond to Him? Mankind\u2019s response to the Great I Am varies greatly from one end of the spectrum to the other, but what of the vastness of the oceans, and the intricacies of the forest? Can we learn from His handiwork the proper response to His perfect love? Often times when we think of nature, we sometimes see it as latent, still, unspeaking and slow as we speed by during our day to day, but when we stop for a moment and listen to what the Word has to say, we hear the psalmist say, \u201cLet the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it.\u00a0 Let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them; let all the trees of the forest sing for joy\u201d (Psalm 96:11-12). Oh how nature worships the Creator of heaven and earth! During this day with the Holy Spirit, anointing the west coast of California, the voice of the Lord became louder to us from the earth, and God\u2019s wisdom through His creation began to teach us in a new way.<\/p>\n

We started our day in Crescent City, a small town nestled around the natural crescent shaped harbor along the seashore where the smell of fresh caught fish and salt water filled our noses, the sound of the waves and the sea gulls cawing rang in our ears, and the cold breeze of the ocean roseid our cheeks and reddened our noses. It all gave rise to a beautiful symphony that never stops worshipping, but simply transitions. The Spirit of the Lord led us first to the Battery Point Lighthouse that juts far out into the ocean at the edge of the bay. For nearly a century it has braved countless storms and withstood tsunamis. There are dozens of light houses along the coast of California like this one, shining brightly 24\/7, keeping nearing vessels from sinking themselves on the rocky cliffs, so that they will make it to their destination safely. While we stood marveling at the sight before us, the Lord was so clear that we must be like these lighthouses for the countless souls that are in a rocky season of life, or have been lost at sea with no wind in their sails, trying desperately to find land. Abba calls us to be the Light of the world! Just as we were once living in darkness, we must let that same Light that we have inherited from Christ shine before others (Matthew 4:16, Matthew 5:16). Every man woman and child that has been written in the books of heaven is waiting to be guided to port, their destination, their destiny in Jesus Christ, and we are the lights on the hill, that no matter the conditions or time of day must be there to usher in another one of God\u2019s children into His embrace. From the wave beaten cliffs of the Battery Point lighthouse, we welcomed the wave of the Holy Spirit to the shores of the state, called forth the countless destinies and inheritances of those living here, and joined in agreement with land, air and sea in a triumphant chorus at the throne of the Ancient of Days. To the weak and weary, the Lord says, remember, \u201cI give strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak\u201d (Isaiah 40:29), and to the lost the Lord says, you will see a great light; Those who live in a dark land, The light will shine on you\u201d (Isaiah 9:2). California is destined to be a land of light, shining brightly in the night for the nation and the nations of the world to behold! We must hold fast to the promise of God for California, cling stubbornly to the cliffs edge even as the wind and waves batter and beat, built sturdily atop the Rock of Salvation, Yeshua Ha\u2019Mashiah.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t

As we continued along the coast, the Holy Spirit led us into a section of the Redwood National Forest, home to the Giant Redwoods, the tallest trees in the world. These magnificent sentinels of the forest can grow to be over 350 feet tall, and live to be over 2,000 years old. Standing next to one of these giants invokes a similar feeling to that of looking at the multitude of stars in a clear night sky; awe and wonder. Something very unique about the Redwoods however, is that even though they are the tallest trees in the world, their roots are very shallow, and don\u2019t go very deep into the earth. Because of this, the root systems of every Redwood seeks out the roots of the other Redwoods, purposefully intertwining themselves with the surroundings trees, working together to create a unified and solid base. Once again the Holy Spirit was teaching us through His creation, and reminding us that in order to grow to the great heights destined for each of us through Christ, we must do so together, as on Body in One Spirit, and with diligence to preserve the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace\u201d (Ephesians 4:4), lest we fall from a great height in selfishness and pride. This is the time of the Redwood army of the Body of Christ to raise up, each of us a part of the intricate and inseparable body of Christ, linked together with the glue of the Holy Spirit, living in the heavenly places, but rooted together in humility before the throne of the King of Kings. These trees speak loudly of the redemptive purpose of California to be a place of great unity that will rise to record breaking heights in the eyes of Yeshua, to be a resolute representative and ambassador of the Almighty. We stood in this forest of giants, worshipping the Lord of Lords in Spirit and in Truth, declaring breakthrough and unity in the call to greatness that Abba has over the people and the state of California. Now is the time oh sons of Light to be like the miles long root system that was beneath our feet to worship and live in agreement once more with His creation, declaring His glory and the fulfillment of His promise for the Golden State. hugging the coast down highway 1, we ended the day in the town of Eureka where we stopped for the night. The next day was packed full of surprises, divine appointments, and new revelation form the Spirit of the Lord, but you\u2019ll have to read the next one to see for yourself.<\/p>\n

California is a beacon of hope, a guiding light in the storm and the darkness that will overcome and confound the darkness. This state will stand tall, resolute and humble before the Prince of Peace in great unity in the Holy Spirit, exalting only the Lord of Hosts. The dawn is coming upon California from the East (Asia) and Yeshua is coming with a great wave that will wash away all that stands proud and exalted outside of Him.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t
