The day had finally come, and it was time for yet another expedition into the unknown with the Spirit of the Lord. We were responding to the call of the Holy Spirit for the Remnant to anoint the west coast of the United States from the northern border of California all the way to the Mexico border, interceding, worshipping, retaking the land, and welcoming His wave in the Spirit. California is the Golden State, greatly loved by the Almighty, and He wants to enter, marry with His bride here, and cause such an outpouring of His Spirit as to make Azusa Street look tiny in comparison. So, standing on the shoulders of all who have been interceding and sowing into God\u2019s redemptive purpose for this land, we began the journey to the border from Grass Valley. As we drove toward the north, the Holy Spirit led us to stop at the Oroville Dam to pray regarding the fire that was still raging close by, and was being contained with water from that reservoir. We prayed that Hashem give all of those fighting the fire supernatural strength and endurance, and that the water would be multiplied as it was dispersed over the effected areas. Continuing from there, we arrived to Bethel church and went for a time of intercession to the prayer room just outside the main campus, where we soaked in the presence of the Lord, and received fresh insight from the Great I AM. The Lord showed us Redding as a \u201cMevasseret Zion\u201d, a prophetic mountain or high place from where one releases the Word or good message of the Lord (Isaiah 40:9). From there in the spirit we saw a river of liquid gold flowing down this mountain, and understood that this represents the pure worship of the Saints that is like a flowing river of God\u2019s glory. This is the time to flow in the River of God and partake of His glory that He so loves to pour out upon us. Soak in the golden waters flowing from beneath His throne, and declare His Word from every place, transforming the mundane and insignificant into another Mevasseret Zion!<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After seeing this beautiful river of gold we continued to the border, where we saw the burnt and charred land on the hillsides all the way up to the road from the fires that had just devastated the region in August. The land had still not healed in the natural, and now not so far off even more destruction was being wrought by fire. From the North the so called \u201cCamp Fire\u201dand to the South the \u201cWoolsey\u201d and \u201cHill\u201d fires burned in tandem, and so it shall be in the Spirit as the whole State goes up in the flames of the Holy Spirit! We finally arrived to the California Oregon border many hours after our departure. We were greeted by the Welcome to California sign and the beautiful state flower, the California Poppy, otherwise known as the \u201cflame flower\u201d and \u201ccup of gold\u201d. What a perfect flower to symbolize the state! the perfect mixture of fire (Holy Spirit) and gold (the Glory of God) in the land of milk and honey. We used the anointing oil that we had acquired from the east coast, and anointed the posts and bottom of the welcome sign, just as the Hebrews anointed their door posts and lintel with the blood of the lamb, and we declared that death shall not enter through this gate, but life more abundant. We declared unity in the Body of Yeshua from the North to the South of California, and unity between the west and east coasts of the United States. We worshipped the Lord of Hosts and gave him all the glory honor and praise there at the starting point of what He had sent us to do. From the border we called it a day, and couldn\u2019t wait for what Jesus would do next. \u201cThe Lord our God said to us in Horeb, \u2018You have stayed long enough at this mountain. Turn and take your journey, and go to the hill country of the Amorites\u2026See, I have set the land before you. Go in and take possession\u2026\u201d (Deuteronomy 1:6-8).<\/p>\n

This was merely the short drive to the border, but what ensued in the coming days was a series of new revelations and understanding of the current time and season of California, many surprises, open doors and divine appointments along the way.
