It was so refreshing to celebrate Pessaj (Passover) as a time of fellowship and prophetic worship rather than an empty ritual. We remembered the blood of the lamb in the times of Exodus, but especially the Blood of King Jesus, that was poured out for us. Some might question celebrating passover as something that is Old Testament, but when we understand its immense importance, that it is meant to be a permanent feast (Exodus 12:14), and that Yeshua (The Lamb of God) was crucified and resurrected during the Passover Feast (Luke 22), there are very clearly outstanding parallels. The chronology of events leading up to Christ\u2019s crucifixion and resurrection in reference to The Passover Feast are very prophetic. \u201cThe next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, “Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!\u201c (John 1:29). \u201cOn the first day of the Festival of Unleavened Bread, when it was customary to sacrifice the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples asked him, “Where do you want us to go and make preparations for you to eat the Passover?” (Mark 14:12). \u201cThen they led Jesus from Caiaphas into the Praetorium, and it was early; and they themselves did not enter into the Praetorium so that they would not be defiled, but might eat the Passover\u201d (John 18:28). \u201cIt was the day of Preparation of the Passover; it was about noon. “Here is your king,” Pilate said to the Jews\u201d (John 19:14). Nearly 1500 years previously, during these exact same days because of the blood of the sacrificial Lamb over their doorposts, the Israelites were spared from the last plague against Egypt, their last night of captivity. \u201cFor the LORD will pass through to strike the Egyptians, and when he sees the blood on the lintel and on the two doorposts, the LORD will pass over the door and will not allow the destroyer to enter your houses to strike you\u201d (Exodus 12:23). So, we can see how our Lord and Savior is very clearly present in Exodus, and that His timing is perfect. When we read about Passover in Exodus then read the events leading up to, during and after Christ\u2019s death and resurrection, it gives us a prophetic understanding of what Jesus Christ being the Passover Lamb really means.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t

It was in this context that we celebrated the resurrection of the Prince of Peace and the Blood of Jesus in us with a small group of the Kingdom Family in Paju, South Korea. We went to a recording studio belonging to a friend named Monkey, where we discussed with one another the significance of Pessaj as it relates to Yeshua then had an incredible meal together. We took communion in remembrance of His Body which was broken and His blood which is the New Covenant, just as He did that night with his twelve disciples. We ended the night with a night of worship in Spirit and Truth (John 4:23-24). He abided in our worship as we gave Him all of the Glory, and His sweet presence filled the room, filling us to overflow with His perfect love and raining down His Blood over our heads. As the Worship finished we were all in awe of Him who chose to die so that we could be free from sin and death, and one with the Father through Him. We encourage you just as the Apostle Paul did to the Corinthians saying, \u201cGet rid of the old yeast, so that you may be a new unleavened batch-as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb, has been sacrificed\u201d (1 Corinthians 5:7). The Blood of Yeshua rids us of the mindset of Egypt which is slavery, blindness, and fear. Egypt is the system o the world we live in that tries to tells us who we are, what we are worth, and what we can do. After 430 years of slavery in Egypt, the Israelites had been blinded form there true destiny in God, and instead were told that their purpose was to make bricks. God\u2019s chosen people had lost their identity. The power of His sinless blood spilt for us all forgives, purifies, sanctifies, redeems, and delivers us. It awakens and activates in us our Kingdom DNA and our true purpose, destiny and calling in Christ who lives in us. His Blood has set us free! Now GO AHEAD and be who you were born to be! Just say Yes!.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t
