Costa Rica: A Time of Roots, Alignment, and Fruit<\/h2>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Costa Rica is entering a new spiritual season,<\/strong> marked by clear signs that unite territory, time, and eternal purpose. The Holy Spirit is not only speaking through visible events, but is also dealing with the invisible foundations of the nation.<\/p>\n

The president-elect, Laura Fern\u00e1ndez Delgado, was honored in 2024 as \u201cHonorary Citizen and Illustrious Daughter of the Canton of Esparza,\u201d<\/em> the City of the Holy Spirit, within the framework of the 450th anniversary of its founding. This recognition\u2014the highest distinction granted by that municipality\u2014speaks of a place that has shaped identity, values, and vision. In Scripture, ancient and foundational places represent roots, gates, and platforms of sending. Esparza has been prophetically spoken of as a city from which God sends sons and daughters to be a light to the nations.<\/p>\n

That leadership emerges from there confirms a biblical principle:<\/p>\n

God honors the root before manifesting the fruit.<\/p>\n

The presidential elections were decided in a single round, a sign of alignment and clarity, and they took place during Tu BiShvat,<\/em> <\/strong>the Biblical New Year of the Trees. This biblical season speaks of roots being examined, trees being established, and fruit being determined in advance. Heaven seemed to be marking that a new tree was being planted for the nation.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This connects directly with Psalm 1:
\n\u201cHe shall be like a tree planted by streams of water,<\/em>
\nthat yields its fruit in its season\u2026\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Costa Rica is being called to take root properly in order to bear fruit in the midst of a shaken world.<\/p>\n

From a biblical perspective, this president may resemble the model of Ruth<\/strong>\u2014not as the protagonist of a messianic narrative, but as an instrument for the alignment of destinies in a foreign land that ultimately becomes part of the fabric of God\u2019s people. This kind of leadership can help draw the nation closer to its prophetic calling and strengthen its relationship with Israel, recognizing that part of a nation\u2019s blessing is connected to how it treats the people of the covenant.<\/p>\n

The territorial support\u2014obtaining a majority of votes in most provinces\u2014reflects significant territorial authority, and with a majority of deputies elected to the Legislative Assembly, there is a window of opportunity to govern effectively.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

There is an additional sign that deepens this prophetic reading: the only province where this leadership did not prevail was Cartago, while it did win Puntarenas, the province where Esparza is located.<\/p>\n

Cartago<\/strong> is not just any city. It is:
\n\u2022 The oldest city in Costa Rica
\n\u2022 A former political and spiritual center
\n\u2022 The historical epicenter of devotion to La Negrita<\/p>\n

In the Bible, the oldest cities represent spiritual foundations. When God brings a new season, He first deals with ancient gates and ancient altars (Isaiah 58:12; Judges 6).<\/p>\n

That Cartago did not support this leadership can be interpreted not as human rejection, but as resistance from an ancient spiritual foundation, a territorial strong man that still claims authority.<\/p>\n

By contrast, Puntarenas\u2014and Esparza within it\u2014did give its support, even though it is also a region where Marian devotion exists. This reveals something key:
\n\ud83d\udc49 God is not avoiding territories with religious foundations;<\/strong> He is beginning to deal with them at the root.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

This leads us to a deeper reading of this moment:<\/p>\n

God is bringing eternal justice over the strong men of the foundational cities of Costa Rica.<\/p>\n

In Scripture, justice is not destruction, but alignment with divine order. Yeshua taught that one must first bind the strong man in order to plunder the house<\/strong> (Matthew 12:29). God is not uprooting the land; He is cleansing the ground in order to sow again.
\n\u2022 Cartago represents the ancient religious foundation.
\n\u2022 Esparza represents the prophetic root of sending.
\n\u2022 Puntarenas represents the gateway to the nations.<\/p>\n

The message seems to be:<\/p>\n

\u201cI will deal with the ancient foundations<\/em>
\nin order to sow a new seed in the nation.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

That new seed is not ideological or cultural, but eternal:
\n\ud83d\udc49 the Law of God, the Ten Commandments, that is:
\n\u2022 Truth
\n\u2022 Justice
\n\u2022 Order
\n\u2022 Life
\n\u2022 The fear of God<\/p>\n

From that seed springs forth a new Tree of Life, and from that tree, a new Costa Rica\u2014not in name, but in nature.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The governmental period 2026\u20132030,<\/strong> at the closing stretch of the decade, marks a cycle-ending moment and a prophetic acceleration. In the Bible, the end of cycles are times of irreversible definition: what is sown there determines what will come afterward.<\/p>\n

For years, the Eternal has spoken that Costa Rica is a refuge for Jews. This word takes on renewed weight in this season, reminding us:<\/p>\n

\u201cI will bless those who bless you\u201d<\/em> (Genesis 12:3).<\/p>\n

The protection, peace, and destiny of the nation are tied to its alignment with Israel.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Costa Rica is being called to:

\n\u2022 Allow God to deal with its foundations
\n\u2022 Receive a new eternal seed
\n\u2022 Become a planted tree, a nation of refuge, and a platform of light<\/p>\n

Not to exalt men,
\nbut to manifest God\u2019s eternal design upon the land.<\/p>\n

God is bringing eternal justice over the ancient foundations of Costa Rica,
\nnot to destroy the nation,
\nbut to plant within it the Tree of Life
\nthat will bear fruit for generations to come.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

\nI will answer the heavens,<\/em>
\nand they shall answer the earth.<\/em>
\nThe earth shall answer with grain, wine, and oil,<\/em>
\nand they shall answer Jezreel.<\/em><\/p>\n

I will sow her for Myself in the land;<\/em>

Just as Jezreel means \u201cGod sows,\u201d<\/em><\/strong>
\nwe declare that Costa Rica is a land where God sows again:
\nnot corruption, but justice;
\nnot confusion, but order;
\nnot barrenness, but new fruit.<\/p>\n

We declare that the nation hears the voice of the Father again
\nand responds, saying:
\n\u201cYou are our God.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

We affirm that this time marks the beginning
\nof a new Costa Rica
\nplanted, restored, and fruitful

\nwhere paths are set, destinies aligned,
\nand future times prepared according to God\u2019s eternal design.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf31 We declare that the nation will flourish in its prophetic calling,
\nthat its fruit will remain,
\nand that it will fulfill its destiny
\nas a land of peace, refuge, and eternal purpose.<\/p>\n
