You already knew that. However, it comes with a great promise of reward and victory\u2014if we maintain the right heavenly outlook. Biblically, it is a time of horror for Israel, but also a time of great revival for the first believers in Yeshua as Messiah after Shavuot (Pentecost). <strong>Tammuz<\/strong> can be a roller coaster of confusion and complication\u2014if we allow it to be. I saw them in a vision as Tammuz began\u2014like seeds baptized in fire. From <strong>June 27th to July 26th,<\/strong> the blueprint of God is being laid out and played out. We are being called to decide whether we will brave the wind and waves, confident in God\u2019s plan during these days\u2014or jump ship with little faith. The ball is in our court as we begin this <strong>Tammuz,<\/strong> and it\u2019s time to choose whether we will be warriors of Shalom or succumb to anxiety and isolation.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t<div class=\"wpb_raw_code wpb_content_element wpb_raw_html\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4MClXXAbTzY?si=ULz-MSYbJ-dODLAN\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<a class=\"nectar-button small see-through accent-color has-icon\" style=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/episode\/1A6x3BRpVaF39OlmghJIVi?si=P-lEm4YWRHy83-nbqWD7jg\" data-color-override=\"false\" data-hover-color-override=\"false\" data-hover-text-color-override=\"#fff\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>Stream it in Spotify<\/span><i  class=\"fa fa-spotify\"><\/i><\/a>\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<h3 id=\"judgement\">Judgment and Repentance<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<p align=\"justify\">The word <strong>Tammuz<\/strong> appears only once in the Bible, in Ezekiel 8:13, referencing the Israelites\u2019 worship of false gods. <em>\u201cAnd you will know that I am the Lord, for you have not followed my decrees or kept my laws but have conformed to the standards of the nations around you\u201d<\/em> (Ezekiel 11:12). <strong>From the 17th of Tammuz<\/strong> (July 13th) <strong>to the 9th of Av<\/strong> (August 3rd), Jerusalem was besieged, and the temple offerings were halted\u2014culminating in the destruction of both the First and Second Temples on the same day of the biblical calendar, nearly a millennium apart, due to Israel\u2019s idolatry.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"img-with-aniamtion-wrap center margin_top_tablet_3pct margin_top_phone_3pct \" data-max-width=\"100%\" data-max-width-mobile=\"default\" data-border-radius=\"none\" data-shadow=\"none\" data-animation=\"fade-in\"  style=\"margin-top: 3%; \">\r\n      <div class=\"inner\">\r\n        <div class=\"hover-wrap\" data-hover-animation=\"none\"> \r\n          <div class=\"hover-wrap-inner\">\r\n            <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-with-animation skip-lazy \" data-delay=\"0\" height=\"706\" width=\"1000\" data-animation=\"fade-in\" src=\"https:\/\/vdd7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tammuz_temple.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vdd7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tammuz_temple.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/vdd7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tammuz_temple-300x212.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vdd7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tammuz_temple-768x542.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vdd7.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/tammuz_temple-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"auto, (min-width: 1450px) 75vw, (min-width: 1000px) 85vw, 100vw\" \/>\r\n          <\/div>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n      <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<p align=\"justify\">This period is now known as <strong><em>the Three Weeks of Sorrow,<\/em> <\/strong>when Jews worldwide remember these tragedies through repentance, fasting, and prayer. Coincidentally, <strong>Tammuz 17<\/strong> is also the day Moses descended from Mount Sinai and found Israel worshipping the golden calf\u2014leading to the death of 3,000 idolaters. Rather than being grateful for God\u2019s provision, the people sought the fake and the shiny, paying a high price. Now is not the time to trade truth for a multitude of lies and still expect blessing. The enemy is prowling like a roaring lion this Tammuz, <em>and we must remain alert so as not to be deceived<\/em>. As we discern and move with the wind of the Holy Spirit, remember: <strong>you are not alone.<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<h3 id=\"speak\">Speak With One Another<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<p align=\"justify\">Despite clear global spiritual warfare, the false lion seeks desperately to alienate God\u2019s people\u2014<strong><em>to make them feel alone, helpless, and unheard.<\/em><\/strong> Even though we know these are lies, the more we hear them, the more we begin to believe them. Ask the Holy Spirit why you feel the way you do. What is the root? <strong><em>How do I move forward practically in Your victory\u2014and with whom?<\/em><\/strong> Pray that every believer in Israel and around the world be lifted from this satanic fog and exchange it for <strong>the clarity of heaven<\/strong>, the shalom of the Father, and the certainty that Yahweh is and always will be the King of kings<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<h3 id=\"walking\">Walking in Supernatural Victory<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<p align=\"justify\"><strong>On the 3rd of Tammuz,<\/strong> Adonai stopped the sun and moon at Joshua\u2019s request, so they would have enough daylight to defeat their enemies (Joshua 10:13). It\u2019s time to pray like Joshua\u2014over our lives, families, nations, and over Israel.<em><strong> Joshua knew, without a shadow of doubt,<\/strong> <\/em>that God had promised Israel the land of Canaan. As we gain more clarity on God\u2019s blueprint and on our identity in Yeshua, <strong>our prayer lives and our faith will take on a new and greater heavenly authority<\/strong>\u2014not even granted to Joshua but granted to us through the blood of Yeshua. Our voices rise with confidence and clarity as <em>we declare His Word in power.<\/em> Heaven responds, and the nations shake at His judgments.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<h3 id=\"uprooted\">Uprooted, Planted, Fire Fall<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \" >\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t<p align=\"justify\">At the beginning of <strong>Tammuz,<\/strong> I had a vision of the Philippines. I understood it as both a receiver of what is to come this month and as a prophetic example for many nations during this biblical season.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">As I physically took off in an airplane, I saw in the Spirit <em><strong>a Lion with eagle\u2019s talons<\/strong><\/em> pulling up fistfuls of dirt from the nation, creating large holes. Then, I saw seeds from heaven filling these holes across the earth. A rain of fire followed, activating the seeds, which began to grow both horizontally and vertically\u2014forming an underground network of roots between the new trees. Each Giant Sequoia begins its life by fire. Its seed only germinates under intense heat. <em><strong>Just as we, sons of Light, are born again through baptism by water and fire,<\/strong> <\/em>so too is the Sequoia (Matthew 3:11). As it grows, it develops natural immunity and resistance to pests, disease, and even severe forest fires.
