This Sukkot<\/strong> marks a time when the global Body of Yeshua is moving from \u201chave to\u201d<\/em> to \u201cget to\u201d<\/em>. A large majority of believers around the world have the perception of the modern-day Sukkah or Tabernacle (Tent)<\/strong> as being a church building, and whether we like it or not, churches are by and large associated with being powerless in the sense of miracles, signs, and wonders,<\/em> as well as being full of judgmental and hypocritical people by both believers and non-believers alike.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Obviously, that is not all churches,<\/em> but it is certainly part of the reason why this younger generation is largely absent from church buildings and why so many people have not returned after they have been re-opened. There are many reasons for this of course, but generally, most believers feel it is an obligation to go to church,<\/strong> not because they yearn to be with other believers to worship the King of glory in Spirit and Truth, but as one of the things that must be done to get to heaven and to catch up with friends of course.<\/em> Instead of going with joy and expectation of what God is going to do and say,<\/strong> it is oftentimes more like a chore that is on the to-do list which simply must be done. That is about to change dramatically the whole world over, however.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Times are coming when people will be forced to turn to God and feel there is nowhere else to go. In this time many will find that having a relationship with the Father, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit,<\/em> and gathering together with other believers is not something they feel they have to do, but get to do. Miracles, signs, and wonders will manifest as people gather in public places, in houses, in secret, and in churches,<\/em> <\/strong>with the understanding that we, not the church walls, are the living stones of the Tabernacle of David<\/strong> that is being rebuilt (Amos 9:11). People will gather everywhere, and just like what happened in Acts 2:43-47, after the 3,000 were saved in Jerusalem on Pesach (Pentecost), we will see with our own eyes the Body of Yeshua gathered together once again.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

After Yeshua was crucified and laid in the tomb, His disciples and the apostles were devastated because of His death,<\/strong> but also frightened for their lives having to meet in secret behind barred doors due to fear of persecution (John 20:19), but when Yeshua showed up three days later with holes in His hands and feet, all devastation and fear turned to joy and gladness in His presence. The spirits of fear and death have crippled the Body of Yeshua long enough<\/strong>, and it is time we welcome Yeshua into the house once again. \u201cSo when it was evening on that same day, the first day of the week, though the disciples were [meeting] behind barred doors for fear of the Jewish leaders, Yeshua came and stood among them, and said, \u201cPeace to you.\u201d After He said this, He showed them His hands and His side. When the disciples saw Him, they were filled with great joy\u201d (John 20:19-20).<\/em><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

At that moment, all fear disappeared,<\/strong> and many days later after He ascended to the right hand of the Father and they were filled with the Holy Spirit on Pentecost<\/em><\/strong> not even the threat of death could make them stop preaching the Gospel because they had the privilege and great joy to proclaim the Good News. They didn\u2019t have to, they got to. The reason 60 percent of believers below the age of 40 today agree with the statement \u201cBuddha, Muhammad, and Jesus are all valid paths to God\u201d<\/em> is in large part due to the fact that they have not experienced the presence, love, and power of God first hand,<\/em> but only read about it if they have even gotten that far. That is changing now, in the mighty name of Yeshua!<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t
