A domino effect has begun in reaction to the United State\u2019s failure in Afghanistan that is being felt right now in Taiwan. China\u2019s government<\/strong> has officially recognized the \u201cTaliban Government\u201d<\/strong> and \u201crespects the choice of the people\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>meanwhile telling Taiwan that it should be \u201ctrembling\u201d as the U.S. won\u2019t protect you from invasion.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

China also demanded the immediate stoppage of official contact,<\/em><\/strong> all arms sales, and military ties with Taiwan<\/strong> effective immediately. China sees the weakness of the current U.S.<\/em> administration as a grand opportunity to fulfill its age old promise to re-take Taiwan<\/strong> at all costs.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

In recent months daily incursions into Taiwan\u2019s airspace by the Chinese air force<\/strong> has tested the resolve of Taiwan\u2019s military as well as the U.S.\u2019s resolve to protect Taiwan in the case of a Chinese assault.<\/em> The chances that China will finally launch the long awaited and prepared for assault just went up higher than ever before. Please pray for Taiwan,<\/em><\/strong> and for the United States to be decisive and strong in its promise to fight if this does indeed come to pass.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\n\t
